You can choose to pay your fixed fee upfront, or spread it over 6 optional monthly installments (rounded to the nearest $100 for simplicity). The installment option helps with cashflow while we work on your case. Both options give you the same transparent, fixed fee - no hidden costs.
What happens if we settle before 6 months?
If your case settles early, you still benefit! Many cases settle quickly, and early resolution means less stress for you. We'll work with you on payment adjustments based on when your case concludes.
What if I lose?
You've only paid the onboarding fee portion during the case - we don't hold any money in trust. When you win, we receive the balance of our fixed fee from the settlement or judgment. This transparent structure means low out-of-pocket costs while protecting you if things don't go your way.
Can I pay it all upfront instead of installments?
Absolutely! Paying upfront or using installments are both equally valid options. Choose whichever works best for your situation - we're completely flexible and there's no preference or penalty either way.
