What exactly is the case management fee?
It’s ezylegal’s monthly case management and platform fee - normally $250/month - that keeps your matter moving with no hourly billing. It’s separate from our legal fees for the work itself. Anyone who comes to us through SBAA doesn’t pay it.
Do I still pay for the legal work?
If your matter is eligible for No Win, No Fee, you don’t pay our legal fees unless we recover your money. A lawyer confirms whether your matter qualifies before any work starts. You’ll still be responsible for independent third-party costs and disbursements (court or tribunal filing fees, expert fees, barrister fees), and No Win, No Fee doesn’t cover adverse costs if you lose. We’ll explain the costs and risks that apply to your matter before you proceed.
Is this a limited-time offer?
Yes and no. You need to start your case with us from September to November 2026 to qualify. Once you’re in, the $0 case management fee itself isn’t time-limited - it applies for the life of your matter, not as an introductory rate that reverts to $250/month.
Which matters does this apply to?
